If you don't experience a bowel movement within 24hrs, a 2nd bottle is highly recommended.

The peculiar people holistic 1 day detox is 100% natural and is specifically formulated to flush toxins out of your system!

You can chase the detox with your favorite juice to lessen the taste, to get the full effect do not mix it with juice.

If you mix the detox with anything it will make it extremely bitter.
