How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
Can I cancel my order?
There are no cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship everywhere in the world. Just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We choose USPS, UPS, DHL, FED EX and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier for specific countries to make sure your package arrives in time.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 10-15 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Our average shipping time is 3-5 business days depending on your location
*NOTE: during restocks, preorders, new releases & special promotions, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time!

Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-20 business days

European countries: 7-25 business days

Asian countries: 7-25 business days

Rest of the world: 7-30 business days

DELIVERY

How do I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 10-15 business days. Please visit the link provided in your order confirmation E-mail to track your order.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
  • Post office closure or emergent circumstances

Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our fulfillment team only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Are all my items shipped together?
It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfillment centers sometimes your items may ship separately or come with different packages.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been received. Should you have any issues with your order, anything missing from your order or incorrect product, please contact customer service via email PeculiarPeopleHolistic@Outlook.com

What do I do if I receive a defective product?
If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 3 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.
